"I need your prayers" - Nigerian woman cries out after her husband allegedly nearly beat her to death

A woman from Kwale in Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta state has asked for prayers after she was allegedly beaten to the ''point of death by her husband.''

The Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara graduate shared photos of her battered face, body with head wrapped in bandages on a popular Facebook group on Monday, October 26. She captioned the post: 

 

"My husband almost beat me to death. Please I need your prayers" 

 

She didn't let out further information, however, the post has garnered over 4000 reactions, with many cursing the alleged abusive husband while others said she must have done something to her husband.

On the other hand, a few have advised her to leave him before it becomes too late. One Mhiz Nife wrote: 

 

"What are you still doing in this abusive relationship? Am very sure this isn't the first time
What a lot of married women in abusive relationships are once he can do it. He would keep doing it again again. Park your things and run for your life because that man is an animal and one day he might kill you. Staying in an abusive relationship is never the solution if he loves you he will never raise his hand on your no matter the issue"
